Cloud Studies, 2020 - 2022
During the pandemic I took thousands of images from inside my house looking out and up at the sky. Seeing the sky, its changing light, its beauty, its promise, and the documenting of each day, got me through days, that turned to months, and that were otherwise indistinguishable.
TONDO
The photographic image is mounted onto a maple painter’s board, and plexi is applied to the front of the image,, rendering the photographic image into an object with painterly qualities.
ARCHIVAL INKJET PRINT
The Photograph is printed on premium fine art Canson Platine Fiber paper.
The circle rests in a 2 inch white border, and the print is mounted and framed.
